We’re a full-service marketing communications agency, specialising in strategy, public relations, branding and media, however our expertise doesn’t stop there.
We can offer one of our services as a standalone project, or a flexible integrated package which strategically combines several services to meet your business needs.
Our team have all the expertise of a “big agency” but with the added benefit of understanding the agriculture and animal health sectors. We strategically match our Account Management team to our clients, so you can guarantee we’ll understand you and your target audience.
Compared to hiring one person who may have a broad knowledge of marketing, working with RDP means you’ll have access to work with all of our team, each with differing expertise and experience. From digital animation to persuasive copywriting, we like to work with our clients as an extension to their business, offering skills to complement your existing team.
Getting to understand your business is an important part of the onboarding process for us. We know our stuff when it comes to agriculture and animal health, but we still dedicate time to getting to know you, your business and your target audience, so we can put together the most effective strategy.
We aim to get as much detail from you and your team during a kick off meeting, but we may also take the time to interview stakeholders, listen to your audience and look at what your competitors are up to, which helps us gain the best possible understanding before starting a project.
Meeting face to face is our preferred way to get to you know you and your team, and when possible, we like to be out and about meeting our clients at shows and events.
We work with clients on either a project-by-project basis or monthly retainers depending on requirements. We don’t lock clients into long contracts but love working with clients long term so we can generate great results – we are proud to be working with some of our current clients for over 15 years.
When you commit to a monthly retainer you gain access to our reduced retainer rate, which means the same deliverables but at even better value.
We’re always transparent with our costs, which we make clear from the outset. Sometimes additional costs may crop up in a project, such as stock imagery or media spend, but our Account Management team will always sign this off with you first.
Every client is assigned a dedicated Account Manager who facilitates each project. The Account Manager will be your day to day contact and will work with the creative team to deliver your project on time, and to budget.
Your dedicated Account Manager will arrange weekly or fortnightly work-in-progress calls to update you on the status of your project, but we’re always available over the phone and via email if you have any questions or requests in the meantime.
For our clients on PR retainers, we create monthly coverage reports that include all the data and press clippings relevant for you. If it’s a project we’re working with you on, often the data we have access to is only part of the picture, but we like to demonstrate the real impact our work is having on your business by arranging a post project wrap up meeting, where we can analyse the results, you’ve seen too.
We keep all of the work we’re doing confidential, so you don’t need to worry about us sharing insights into your business. However, if this is a concern for you, we’ll strategically place our Account Managers so that we have different teams working on each client.
