I joined the RDP team completely by accident. Steph, the Account and Operations Director messaged me on LinkedIn because we once met each other somewhere-though neither of us can remember where! Eventually I came to RDP for an interview and the rest, as they say, is history!
I love that no two days are the same, even though everyone’s accounts may look the same on a spreadsheet. I love helping people get the stories behind their numbers, RDP being no exception.
I think I’m motivated because it’s my business, and my reputation on the line. I pride myself on having great relationships with clients. Also, I’ve recently started working with a client who has some great ideas and wants to scale what he offers-he’s absolutely flying and that definitely inspires!
I really don’t like public speaking so you really would struggle to get me up there!
